RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR LITTLE TOWN LIMITED
We will only accept unwashed, unworn, undersized or defective merchandise, with the original sales receipt/packing slip and price tags attached, within 24hrs or receiving the item. Please call our customer care representative on +2349022280494 for all returns immediately you receive the items. Returns will not be accepted without the original sales receipt or packing slip, or if otherwise noted on the tag, online, or packing slip. All returns are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns.
Please note that we DO NOT offer returns or exchange for infant items (0-9M), bathing and skincare items, feeding and nursing items and any kind of under wear for babies/mothers.
I HAVE THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT/PACKING SLIP/TAG:
- If your items qualify for returns or exchange (please read above policy), exchange/refund would only be made when the items to be returned are received and inspected. If we are not satisfied with the condition of the items returned, we would not issue any form of replacement or refund.
- For exchanges, the replacement item is sent to the customer when the full shipping charge has been received. Exchanges can only be processed for the same item/color in a different size.
- For refunds: Little Town Ltd. would only issue a refund if the wrong product was sent (and the customer’s preferred choice is no longer available) or products received are damaged (this would be determined after proper investigation has been carried out). If a customer is not satisfied with the size or appearance of a product, an exchange (NOT REFUNDS) for a different size or product is permitted. A store credit will be issued if the original form of payment is not available as we would only send the refunds to the account funds were received for the purchase of the said items.
- Returns/exchange not reported after 24hrs of receiving the items will not be accepted.
I DO NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT/PACKING SLIP:
- Returns will not be accepted without the original sales receipt or packing slip.
- Merchandise may only be returned in the country in which it was originally purchased.
- A 3-day waiting period is required for refunds.
- Items purchased on special discounts, i.e., weekend sales, one day sale, special percentages off, last chance grabs, clearance, holiday sales, etc., CANNOT be returned/exchanged.
- We cannot refund shipping charges.

Merchandise credit is not redeemable for cash (unless required by law) and cannot be replaced if lost, expired, stolen or used without customer permission.

Additional return requirements:
- Must be an item from Little Town Limited.
- Must not have any signs of wear or damage.
If a return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse and discard the items without providing a refund.
