MODIFY/CANCEL AN ORDER:
- Can I modify or cancel an order?
- Once an order is completed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, updated (to add/remove items) or changed. Please view our Return & Exchange policy here for additional information.
NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
- What do I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?
- We apologize if you did not receive a confirmation email. You may still track your order by clicking on the Order ID on the footer below, and type your order number. If you do not know your order number, please email us at email@example.com or call 09022280494 (for within Nigeria) OR +2349022280494 (for international customers) and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist you.
- For pickup from a transport line:
- An email or text message would be sent within 24hrs of order confirmation with the waybill number. Pickup times would also be communicated to the customer. Pickup is usually within 1-3 days.
- For home delivery:
- A tracking number would be available within 48hrs of order confirmation.
